Remote Web Portal
Web Portal Access allows users to access the NVR from any compatible PC or MacBook.
Please ensure you have updated the NVR, using the update sent via the app before continuing.
Step 1: Enable Web NAT on the NVR
1. Access the Main Menu of the NVR.
2. Left-click and select Network.
3. Select Mobile Access and then Web NAT.
4. Toggle on the Enable Web NAT option.
5. Click Apply to save the settings.
Step 2: Obtain the Unique URL
1. Once Web NAT is enabled, you will be presented with a QR code.
2. Scan the QR code to get the unique URL for your device.
3. Copy the URL and share it with your PC or MacBook to access the Web Portal.
4. Input the username and password of the NVR, then click the arrow to continue. \
Step 4: View and Assign Cameras
1. The webpage will load and display your NVR interface.
2. All connected cameras will be shown on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Left-click on each camera to assign it to one of the video screens.
· You can adjust the number of camera feeds displayed by changing the settings in Multiview mode (located at the bottom-right of the live view screen.)
Step 5: Adjust Camera Settings and Record
1. On the right side of the screen, you have several options:
· Modify camera settings.
· Take a snapshot of the camera feed.
· Turn the audio on/off.
· Manually record the video; once stopped, the browser will automatically download the recorded video.
Playback:
1. Click the Playback icon to access recorded footage. When you resume live viewing, you'll need to reassign cameras to the live view screen.
Changing the resolution displayed on the web portal:
1. To view cameras in 4K resolution, click the icon on the left of the screen showing a "2" and a small play icon.
2. Switch to 1 by clicking the number "1".
