I can’t log into my DVR

If you are logging in for the first time and cannot log in, or see only a blank screen when your DVR starts, please try the following:

Open the main menu, you may be prompted by the image below.

The DVR’s username and password by default are:

Device ID:  000000 Username:  admin Password:  123456

After logging in, you may be prompted to change your password with the following screen:

The username must be no longer than 5 letters and the password must be no longer than 6 digits and CANNOT be 123456.

If you have changed the username and password on your DVR and you cannot remember it or you have lost the information, you may require an override password for more information visit I forgot, or don't know my DVR password.
