How do I remove a device from my Defender HD account?

If you sell or transfer ownership of your Defender HD or HD Wireless DVR to another individual, you will need to remove the system from your Defender HD account for privacy and security purposes.

 To remove your account, follow these steps:

Open the Defender HD App

Tap the Menu Button

 Select Devices from the main menu

 Swipe left on the device name, a trash can icon will appear in a red square

Tap the trash can icon to delete the device.
