Guard Pro PTZ | How to avoid False Alert Notifications

Using an advanced algorithm, Guard Pro’s Smart Human Detection significantly reduces false alarms that can be triggered by insects, rain, swaying trees, passing vehicles, or animals.  Please note some false alerts may occur as the algorithm is designed to reduce these but will not eliminate them completely.


If you are experiencing false alerts when set to human detection, please switch to color night vision, as the camera is more sensitive to small objects like flakes in IR mode.
