Vision | How to Reset your Vision Password

Forgotten passwords happen, if you have forgotten your Defender 4K Vision DVR password, you can easily reset it using your Security questions, email verification or QR code.

 

To reset your password using the password reminder questions
Select verify by security question
Answer the three security questions
You will be prompted to create a new password.

To reset your password using your email
Select Email Verification, a verification code will be sent to your email. Enter your verification code and follow the prompts to reset your password

To reset your password using the QR Code
Email a photo of the QR Code, and the code next to it to support@defendercameras.com
