Guard | How to Unbind a Camera
At Defender, your security and peace of mind is what matters most to us. That is why we require some additional information in order to unbind the camera. This will allow you to set the camera up on a new account.
Provide the following information to Defender via email at support@defendercameras.com or online chat.
1. An image of your Proof of Purchase or Photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc)
2. A photo of the serial number from the camera. This number is needed to unbind the camera. Please ensure the photo is clear enough to read the digits.
3. Type out the cameras Serial Number from the camera, it will say S/N :
Once all the above information has been provided our team will be able to unbind your camera(s) for you.
