Defender GO Continuous 24/7 | Recording Setup

Note: An SD card must be inserted into the camera to access the Recording Settings menu. If no SD card is installed, Cloud Recording options will be displayed instead. The Defender Go 24/7 supports microSD cards up to 256 GB.

Accessing Recording Settings

  1. From the Home Screen, select the camera you want to edit the settings for by selecting the gear icon
  2. Select Recording Settings.

Audio Recording

Enable or disable audio recording for video clips.

Video Quality

  • FHD (1920 × 1080) – Best image quality with higher storage consumption.
  • HD (1280 × 720) – Lower image quality with reduced storage consumption.
Important: A microSD card must be installed to enable local recording. Without an SD card, recording settings will be replaced by available cloud recording options.
