Defender Go 24/7 automatically monitors light conditions and switches to Night Vision, so you never miss a moment after dark.
Night Vision Settings
You can also tap the Night Vision icon in the Live View toolbar to quickly change modes.
- On the Home Screen, tap the Settings icon on the camera you wish to edit.
- Select Image & Sound.
- Select Night Vision.
- Choose your preferred mode.
- Tap Back (<) to save your changes.
Night Vision Modes
- Smart Mode – The camera switches from infrared to full-color mode when an event is detected, giving you colorful images based on your event settings.
- Night Vision (B&W) – The camera uses only infrared light to create black-and-white night images.
- Turn Off – Night Vision is turned off. The image is solely dependent on ambient lighting.
Night Vision Conditions
Select Night Vision Conditions to control when Night Vision turns on. By default, it activates from dusk to dawn. Select Dark to have the camera switch to Night Vision only in darker conditions.
